After reading the previous review, I was VERY hesitant of visiting this store, but this mall has the only Eddie Bauer Outlet in the whole state of Tennessee, and of course Gymboree is located directly across from Eddie. Alas, I paid this store a visit earlier this week. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a very handsome (if I do say so myself) man who introduced himself as Brandon (hes married ladies. he has a ring on his finger). Following Brandon's greeting, I was greeted by a girl named Cara. These two are so nice. They actually took the time to ask me who I was shopping for, what sizes my children are, and showed me how I can make one outfit into 3! (BTW, i got a steal on the undies. 50% off! $1.97!) Anyway, I made small talk and mentioned the review about the sales associate and what I was told is that she moved on to other avenues and the store is currently being restaffed. Another customer that was shopping piped up and said that the sales associate was actually the store manager. (OMG) She said she has been shopping that store for years. Cara mentioned that she/herself was the new store manager and said that Brandon was her assistant. These two are amazing and kind and you will be greeted with a smile and say goodbye with a smile. I will be back soon to earn some gymbucks. So to the person who posted the other review, its okay to go back. These two will take care of you!
