Absolutely horrible and rude. I get the same lady every time. Strawberry blonde hair and glasses, she acts like your a bother and is very abrupt and snippy with everyone including me. It honestly make sure COMING here an absolute nightmare.
Don't understand the negative reviews. I needed to register several cars transferring from out of state, and the people working there have been very nice and expeditious. If you don't like this service, don't move to Houston... Easiest car registration process of the 6 states in which I've lived.
Had one woman get mad because she had to look up vin number! She was on some sort of medication the way she acted. Who is over this bunch and why isnt he or she held accountable???
I really liked this office...all staff members are very helpful...not sure why other reviews are so negative...but I was welcomed by employee, they helped me multiple times, filling out the form and when I called them, they answers and provide response to all my questions...
I also don't understand the bad reviews. I went in to license two out of state vehicles with difficult titles and didn't even have everything I needed to get them both done but Sheila had a great attitude and treated me with respect while answering every question I had. She was patient and kind throughout the entire process and even answered a phone call with more questions after I got home because I didnt understand everything. I also watched each of the other employees while I was there (because I had read the bad reviews before I went) and the other customers were treated well also. The office looked to me to be a pretty well oiled machine. Well done Wilson County, keep up the great customer service!
