Went to these folks after searching for a new dentist. I was really just checking them out to see if I wanted to make an appointment and Dr. Propst told me to come on back even without an appointment. I've got an infected tooth and he prescribed an antibiotic and told me to come back when convenient to have it extracted. Very laid back place that flat out made me feel at ease plus they are open on Saturday. I scheduled a cleaning while I was there as well. The only reason I didn't give 5* is I haven't had the extraction yet.
My wife was treated very poorly, and they were not friendly to my young son. They told my wife having my son there was an OSHA violation. I mean, c'mon, do you even know what customer service is? Even if that was true, should you really tell someone that? My wife had to convince the dentist to do his job, and not half everything. She had metal exposed on her tooth when he was done, and he didn't care. He was ready to move on to the next. There are several much better dentists right down the road. I would suggest going there instead.
Quick and very inexpensive! Had a tooth ache and was seen same day. Doctor got me in and out of pain right away. They told me right away no charge for me to come in and be seen. Paid very little for treatment. Everyone was friendly and they fixed my tooth! Thanks!
CROOKS...This place is extremely criminal. They charged insurance for BOTH my children for services that was never performed. Claimed they filled 7 cavities in one day! It was no accident either because they did it in three different occasions. Ended up delaying work my girls really needed!!
This place is FANTASTIC friendly, courteous and understanding staff, amazing prices, free cleanings, THIS is the dental office to go to!
