We used Sanders Electrical when we remodeled our downstairs to be a theater room. There was a lot of work to be done and he was timely, efficient, and affordable. I would highly recommend Landis to do any electrical work!
Terrible business practices. Fixed my issue but I felt robbed. I asked him to come out for an estimate, he immediately started working on the problem and fixed it in 30 mins, then told me that he has a minimum fee of $140. I shook my head in disbelief and his response was that he has to come to his customer's homes, they don't come to him. He lives 7 mins from my house. I expected some integrity and ethics given most people charge by the hour and have upfront stated policies. I guess Sanders is just not that way. At least tell me your "policy" before you start working.
Landis Sanders has done several jobs for me in the past . He is professional, dependable and HONEST . We will continue to call him for any future work . If you're looking for any electrical work I would highly recommend !
