Slowest Place ever
I'm giving this company two stars because I sincerely liked the job. The people on Lanny Bartlett's shift are warm, welcoming, good trainers, and you can tell they love their jobs. I would've given this company five stars and didn't because this COMPANY treats its temporary employees like dirt. Mars, Inc apparently doesn't want to train and keep good people. They would rather train someone, then dump them like gutter trash vs hiring anyone full-time. They had a job fair, which I attended, put in my full-time app, later was told yes, you're going to have the job, only to come into work one day and they had told the FULL TIME people on first shift that temps assignments were ending just after Thanksgiving. So this company wanted me to work for a couple months with no real goal in mind, just work and find other employment right before Christmas. NO THANK YOU. Also, I know it wasn't the supervisors fault but I was told, "You come on swing shift with us (this company swaps shifts every 8 weeks) you're pretty much going to be hired full-time." So I went with them to second shift when they changed, on a PROMISE. I have two children at home. I'm a single mom. If I had known they were going to get rid of temps would I have went with them to second? Hell no. I just feel that this company doesn't even consider temporary employees as employees. Hell I didn't even feel like a person when we were told our assignment was ending. I AM A PERSON DAMMIT!!! It was a punch in the gut. The other temps stayed on, but I could not keep working for a company that LIES. One young temp lady I worked with had learned all about machine setups, quality checking, the whole nine yards, just to find out it had been for nothing. Will neither recommend this job nor this dog food brand to anyone I know.
Yeah they're a bunch of jackass`s that work in the bulk receiving department, very much unfriendly!!!
They are very very slow it can take up to 7hr. .
