These guys on the counter are young and knowledgeable of the industry. The plumbing counter men helped me get a tiny part for my faucet that fixed my leak. The HVAC consultant helped my foreman and I get the correct fittings to run my outdoor fireplace gas line. If you need something quick and easy this is the place to go. These guys are professional and accommodating.

This is NOT your old time hardware store where the counter person knew almost everything about the products they sold parts for. Even with the old part in my hand, I don't believe I was successful in explaining the function of the director for the hand sprayer in a kitchen faucet. Needed the faucet model number so it could be looked up in the computer. I can do that, so I did. On top of that they look at you like YOU are the dumm Esel. Won't waste my time there again.
