My husband has been here 3 times in the space of 2 weeks. For the same problem. A kidney stone. They keep getting him confused in their computer system for someone else with the same name.
Don’t even give this place one star had no choice at all. Really disrespectful people everywhere. They Ask ten million questions before you can go back to see family.Put in a transfer to have my grandmother transferred to another hospital. Do not recommend going here at all I would really recommend driving the few extra miles to get medical care for whatever reason. We was on our way back from out of town had no choice had to call 911.
Reading reviews had me concerned, but I had a great experience. I was seen in the er . The staff was very nice and helpful. I was taken to triage as soon as I signed in and taken to my room. I was seen my a nurse practitioner who was also really nice. I would recommend this hospital to others
This is the worst place I have ever visited in my entire life. I thought that once they changed mgmt etc., things would be different. I was wrong. The only thing they are concerned with is Billing information, so that they can get paid regardless of care. I will never ever go again, and in fact I plan on warning people as much as possible on what they can expect. The sad part is they wasted a day of my life and let me suffer and released me with the same problem I came in there to address. They got 1 start only because the food was decent. Beware People!
Unprofessional in all aspects. The treatment I received was substandard. They kept me for 5 days when I should have been out in 2. When the doctor finally saw me, he wondered why they did not diagnose earlier. To top if off, their billing department screwed up the invoicing. I made one payment then never received another bill for 6 months until I called them. I made a payment as soon as I received my bill and they turned me into collections for the rest of the bill the next month. Enter the hospital at your own risk for your health and your pocketbook.
They kept giving him meds for excruciating pain that either didn't work or didn't work for very long. Instead of prescribing something to dissolve or resduce the size of the stone they just give him pain meds and something that will turn his urine orange.
