we won our case and for that im grateful, even though it wasn't hard to do since we were going up against a junkie. my problem is that she didn't explain how she charged $50 every email sent and received, didn't get an invoice until it was over and it was over $5500, she had another attorney do her job last minute. and my FAVORITE part I kept asking when I would receive the birth certificate and she kept saying you should get it in the mail any day! finally I called State of TN myself who told me they sent it to the attorney! apparently Jody was holding on to it as leverage and lying to me about it. upset that our $5800 balance wasn't paid off. Even though over $1300 was paid within a 5 month period! snakes! on a side note Julie was AWESOME in the court room.
I had to deal with David Foutch about my grandfathers estate and he DOES NOT return your phone calls. You have to keep calling and calling until you catch him in his office and then getting information from him is very difficult.
Alan Poindexter and his firm are incredible! If he takes your case, he will give it 110%. He works all avenues of your case and doesn't take no for an answer. We have been using this firm for many years and I HIGHLY recommend them weather it be business or family matters, they are great.
