I love the Waffle House but this location has TERRIBLE service! Nobody even looked at me for 10 minutes. Employees were fighting with each other. I would never return here.
Great food, great service. Just an all-around great classic American dinning experience.
This is a very efficient Waffle House. The items we ordered came out perfect and fast. They have a polite staff as well.
Food was ok. Worst waffle house in the country. And we travel everywhere, we are truck drivers. Our waitress Nikki does not need to be in customer service. Never brought the drink we asked for, never offered a refill. Never brought proper silverware. Never asked if we needed anything. All she could do is complain about her pay and poor tippers, if she had a better attitude, she might get better tips. We are over the road, and we see a lot of different services from restaurants, this one was,by far the worst.
Order was not even close to being correct. Place was way to cold. Employees didn't act like they had a clue as to what they were doing. The lady employee had some of her family there & she made sure they got what they ordered & that it was done right. We were served tea in dirty glasses, our food we ordered was not done right, one employee was making out with his wife or girlfriend in the back parking lot, they smoked right in the door, putting their cigarettes out on the wall. Eat at your own risk!!! If I could have put less than one star, believe me I would!!!
