Overall, I'd implore you to stop your search for a GC here. You've found what you're looking for. Now you'll just need to get on his schedule. I already have him slotted for a few jobs at my new home. Thanks to Alvaro and his team for a great job!
Contractor MR.ROHO did a complete redesign/renovation of my commercial building (aprox 6000 sq ft.). Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (all projects of this scale will have 'em), they far exceeded all of our expectations and would immediately turn to them if we were to have any additional renovation needs. These guys are full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. Everyone at this company, specially the Mr. ROHO owners care and work hard to make one's renovations go smoothly. GOOD MAN
The worst guy don’t work with him
Not only was he reasonably priced and easy to reach at all times, but the quality of his work has exceeded my expectations and he promptly resolved any concerns that I had along the way. Above all of this though the most important thing for me, with a wife and toddler at home, is safety. I was so happy to see that each member of his crew was friendly to my family. One of them even helped my wife carry groceries in from the car. She never felt unsafe and my son developed quite a rapport with some of the guys. This was huge to me.
This guy is awful. BEWARE! He left the job unfinished and owes us lots of money. Had to get another contractor in to finish the job... so we ended up paying for the job twice. On top of that, they did a terrible job. What little work they did do, they did it wrong and the new electrician had to fix it all. Never again....

It isn't very often that you find someone who does exactly what he says he'll do. This is what I found with Alvaro Rojo of Rojo Construction. I needed to do some Home Improvement to prepare my home for the market. Alvaro showed up with a vision for what I'd need to bring attention to my home. He nailed it and I'll be moving in two weeks. My expectation was that I'd find a GC who would simply do what I instructed him to do. I never expected to find a true consultant who would help me with design as well. What a bonus this turned out to be!
