The Walgreens clinic was my #1 choice to go when my children or myself got sick and needed to be checked out without having to schedule a Dr appointment. Now that Vanderbilt has taken over the Walgreens clinic, we won't be returning as patients. While the 2 ladies that work there are wonderful, they no longer have the screen to quickly check in, it's not a quick process anymore, the wait and appointment took over an hour and a half as opposed to maybe 15 minutes before since they no longer schedule appointments it's walk in only. I did not like the new experience, I don't like the new website, and now I'll be looking for a new, quick, convenient clinic for when we are sick.
