The menu says "Pork chops" -----They are not. And one of the managers admitted the menu was wrong. What you get is --what seems to be a precooked pork loin, which is then frozen and sliced about 1/4 inch thick and put on the grill long enough to thaw it and get a grill mark or two then served as a pork chop. Very sad, cheap and against the law. It is false advertising and a plain lie.
Not complaining at all. Food is great, but for folks that are diabetic, they should be forwarned that your "Pumpkin spice pancakes will throw your sugar off the charts. My spouse and I ordered them with NO. WHIPPRD CREAM OR ADDED POWDERED SUGAR. We still do not have our sugar levels where they are supposed to be. Believe me they were great. Just can't order them again.
To place a to go order for just vegetables and it took over 55 minutes to get my order after I asked why it was taking so long since I had watched people who walked in with me leave already after their sit down meal and all the manager could say is we were having trouble getting my food together. Not sorry, nothing! It just literally took almost an hour to put vegetables in a container. This place has been going down hill for years!!
So sad for a nice place.
Until my lil' buddy talked me into eating here, I had not eaten what I call "real food" in some years. It was a rare treat to dine here; including the precious young lady who attended to our every need and genuinely made us feel as if we were home! Thank you Cracker Barrel Home Office!!!

I usually love CB but had an absolutely horrible experience at the little Rock Shackleford Rd location.poor service, took for ever to get waited on, no silverware when we finally got our food, we asked for utensils took another 5 minutes. Now food cold We left disgusted.
