We were introduced to Superior Fire & Safety by a friend of ours. It was an eye opening experience watching the demonstration. It brought several things to our attention that needed to be addressed. I am pleased to say that my husband became a recruit as a safety advisor. It is an awesome feeling to feel safer in your own home and feel good that if something were to happen, we and our children are prepared and know how to get to safety.
Had our smoke alarm for exactly two years and one starting beeping. Tim came out and replaced it for us. That is called good service and stand behind their service

Today I left my 16 year old daughter home with my two younger children. My 12 year old insisted on making French fries on the stove. The pan burst into flames filling my home with smoke. My daughter very quickly responded and grabbed the fire blanket we purchased with our new alarms and put the fire out. We didn’t have any damage except the fire blanket and spoon. If it had not been for the comlink I wouldn’t have known to call home. My phone was immediately notified when the alarm went off. I praise God for our system and wish every home had it installed. When I reached out to Tim Humphrey to tell him about the fire blankets condition, he truly was more interested in my family welfare. He reassured me the blanket would be replaced for free like we were promised when we purchased. This is a company that cares and I highly recommend!
