It's always the best shopping experience. The people make you feel valued and genuinely care. The store is always very clean. Just an exceptional place to shop!
I watched as someone went to get the shopping carts,as he was pushing the carts in. He hopped on the carts and rode them. He ran into a car who was a few spots from me, and dented the bumper good. when i asked the guy what is he gonna do. "He said go to manager." when i confronted the manager he said "we are not liable for vehicles in the parking lot, so no matters will be taken." "not even to notify the car owner?" "Its not our responsibility to notify the cars owner". i watched this publix employee run a stack of carts into a car, it wasnt on purpose because of his reaction. I will never shop here again and i highly recomend putting some kind of barrier around your car just incase someone who is not liable for damages comes rolling around on carts as if we were back in the 60s and damages your car. They are not liable. Wish i could give 0 stars or i would. Very unprofessional i realize kids will be kids but it seemed no disaplinary action was taken on the kid, even if publix isnt responsible that doesnt mean the kid isnt.
Please keep carrying Drake's products (especially Ring Dings)!
Went to get a prescription filled because it was recommended by the dentist. The clerk took my information but seemed a little put off that I would come to get an antibiotics filled for free. I did not set this policy and it's not effecting you so deal with it. He told me it would take 30 minutes or less to fill and I told him I would wait. 45 minutes later I went to see what was taking so long. He stated he messed up a number and he was processing it now. All in all it took about an hour to finally get my prescription. I will be just go back to my other pharmacy for any future needs.
Love it there. Most everyone is so friendly & helpful. Prices have gotten much better & great produce.
