We are from out of state and spending the weekend at a local motel . Due to pulling a 40 ft trailer we walked in the freezing cold a few minutes ago in the spitting snow to Logan's both VERY EAGER for a good steak and eager to be at Logan's! After standing up front for like 5 minutes a lady finally came to the front and seated us . It wasn't that busy so not sure where she was the first five minutes but that didn't really bother us . We were then seated . We sat there five minutes, then ten, then 15 then 20. I timed it as I was talking to my son on the phone . After 25 minutes , then 30 we finally got up and walked out at 35. Not one person offered to bring us drinks, NOTHING . I , RATHER WE ARE HIGHLY frustrated and disappointed in this. Thus leaving hungry and walking back to the motel in the freezing cold still with nothing to eat. Thanks for the awesome service . Wow. We are amazed .
Terrible service waited 25 minutes before ever seeing a waitress, had to ask to get our drink orders taken. Got the drink orders wrong when they were finally brought and out of 5 dinner orders 3 were the wrong food and 1 didn't get put in to the kitchen. I ended up waiting 30 minutes to eat my plate after my family had already finished. I don't remember ever having a worse experience at a restaurant. This is not been our typical experience with Logan's, the location at Cool Springs has always been fantastic.

Excellent Food Excellent Service . Wish to say what an outstanding server we had Sarah M. Prompt Professional on top of everything. I Rate her 5 Stars. Also when we come in Sarah automatically knows what we drink as well as what salad dressings we use. Outstanding server.
The only good thing I can say is that the beer is cold. My wife's fries were cold, the burger she had was like chewing on gravel. My rice pilaf was nothing more than rice mixed with chopped carrots. There was more gristle than meat on my $18 New York strip steak. For a company that prides itself for its delectable, hot rolls we wouldn't know since it was never offered until we asked about it towards the end. This was after we noticed quite a few other diners also having issues with their meals sitting around us. This place is a joke.
Waitress couldn't understand she was waiting on more than one table. The serving sizes at this Logan's Roadhouse was drastically different in the less area from others I go to. Manager came by table and asked how we were doing seeing I was upset that we didn't have our food. He went to check on it and came back with it. Also the cooks evidently don't know how to cook the steaks from rare to well done. Other words my visit was a train wreck with no conductor.
