The running theme with this restaurant location is poor cooking technique. Vegetables are cut in huge portions. Undercooked. The steaks I received were well seasoned but over done. The staff asked me to eat at the bar with my pregnant wife because they hadn't cleaned off tables. I've eaten here before and had a bad experience, but gave the benefit of a doubt. My waitress was great though. I guess it's three stars worth of an experience ladies and gentlemen.
My wife and I had dinner here 12-15-17, food was good, service not so much. First we didn’t receive silverware and napkins until I asked for it after we had eaten half of our bread and when we did receive our silverware mine was dirty. Nice start. We waited approximately 10 minutes for our check after our plates were picked up. At this point we were in a hurry and I didn’t notice until we got home, we were billed $11.98 for 4 cold beverages. My wife had a Mango tea no refills and I had a coke with 1 refill. After reading some of the other reviews this particular Outback has problems that are not being addressed.
Very good tuna cakes but they were small. The 1st time in ordered them they were delish. They were a descent size and the slaw was a compliment to the tuna cake. The 2nd time in ordered them it was smaller and the slaw was large chunky pieces of cabbage and the taste of the tuna cakes was off. It was like it had been cooked on a dirty grill or pan. The size was 4 bites and the chunky slaw was not seasoned and disgusting. I had called it in so I didn't bother returning it. If I was at the restaurant is would have returned it.
This place gets busy. Food is good and help as been good also. When there was a mistake it was taken care of.
