Just completed my second purchase from Discount Tire. I admit I was reluctant at first thinking it might be a Walmars experience but in two times have been highly satisfied with the no BS approach. Gary answered all my questions and quickly guided me through a decision process to find the best tires for my need. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Just stopped by. Had an object in my tire and a guy named Brian greeted me in the parking lot. Luckily we didn't need a repair. We live bout an hour away. But Brian won us over. So when I am ready for new tires I think I will make the drive to buy tires from him.. So very nice.
I wanted to share my experience with the wonderful gentlemen I worked with over the past two days after having a blowout on the interstate. I’m not from Tennessee, so when this happened, I had no idea what to do. I attempted roadside assistance, but of course, they’re backed up and delayed for 24+ hours. After finding a friend with a tow truck, I was relieved to find a tire repair company so quickly. After a quick Google search I found this location with the highest/best Google reviews and went with it. The customer service was top of the line. Gary worked with me for the most part, but Thomas and Steve (I believe was his name) were very helpful as well. This place definitely has some professional, well educated employees. I’ve already gotten a quote on tires for the future on another vehicle I own, so definitely will be returning! I highly recommend this business.
