Dr. Pollei and his staff are awesome with both his patients and us parents. They are punctual, pleasant and (of course) effective. He takes time to explain what is going on, and his rationale for the course of treatment. His treatment on both of my kids has been exemplary.

The experience I have had with bringing my 13 year old step-son to this office has been great. Usually we are seen in the Hermitage office, but we have been to Lebanon one or two times because it worked better for my schedule. They are great at fitting my schedule and getting us in and out quickly. And everyone is always so kind. I'm glad most everyone we know encouraged us to use Dr. Pollei.
