Professional, punctual and precise are three of the first words that I would use for this dental office. I recently had a very bad experience at a competitor (a certain large dentistry chain) that left me we very faulty and painful fillings that weren't done properly. Dr Pfountz and his team took care of me in no time and with great efficiency. I have moved my patronage to this location seeing as is it nicely decorated, the tools are state of the art and the staff explains what the problems are to you in real time. To add, I didn't get the salesman approach. Thanks to Smile Solutions, I can eat on both sides of my mouth without pain shooting through my molars. I've set up my next appointment already!
My experience at your office, smile solutions of lebanon was wonderful. It started from the front desk back to the hygentist, Leah Beth , who explained everything and was so nice and answered any questions I had. She is a great asset to your office. And the dentist was very helpful explaining what I need to follow up on . I plan on returning with any dental problems.
From the time you walk in the office Mandy welcomes you and takes care of everything you need! Then Trish takes care of your dental cleaning and makes you comfortable while in her chair. Dr. Pfountz is professional, friendly and takes the time to talk to you and answer any question you might have!
