Had a wonderful experience; helpful Front Desk, knowledgeable, friendly doctor and staff with great follow through when I called with a question about the prescription. I recommend this center hands down.
I got to CareNow today at 4:00 pm (10/7/17) One young man around mid 20's was the only person in the lobby. He was filling out papers. We both got done with paperwork at the same time. An elderly woman is discharged and goes out the door. The young man was taken back fairly soon after finishing paperwork. Waited about 15 minutes and then a woman with a young boy came in. Filled out paperwork. After 15 minutes, the little boy was called back. A middle aged woman came in and filled out paperwork. 10 minutes later, I am called back. As they are taking my vitals, the young man who checked in with me is discharged. It is 1.5 hours before I am seen by a doctor. I wait 20 more minutes after Dr leaves to get a steroid shot for a bulging disk and muscle spasms. 2 hours after arrival, I am discharged. 2 People in front of me, that is all. This was all confitmed by my wife who waited in the lobby. All I got was, "Sorry about your wait." Unbelievable!! Consider yourself warned!

We never have any trouble getting in when we need to. Care and service is great from beginning to end. We really appreciate the follow up calls to check on us the next day. Would absolutely recommend.
