Had a appointment with Bonita Qualls they rush you in and out of the office I'm 50 year's old and never been sent out of network and stuck with a bill of 600.00 dollars so beware of this business not recommended? Even have more facts about this place but at this time I will leave you with this info people we pay high for insurance we shouldn't have to deal with incompetence in our medical field please stand up for your rights

Been going here for all my ailments in life over the coarse of 10 years. Come here for a workers comp issue and the front desk staff became insta-attitude.
