This is my story of how Bently rescued my family! I have 3 small children that live with me and on one of the hottest days in July our air conditioner died and of course it was on a weekend. I didn't know Bentley made emergency calls on the weekend so I called Lee. They said they would be over fist thing. By noon we still had not heard from them so we called back. Apparently they had no record of us calling but would be over as soon as they could. Well at almost 10pm they showed up. Then had to leave again because they forgot a tool they needed. We were then told someone would call us the next day. Which never happened so we called again. They said they'd meet us Monday and never showed up or called. We called them they apologized again said they would call back and didn't. By this time I was DONE! I called Bentley told them what happened and less then 5 minuets they called back and within 10 minutes from that call a tech was at my house. I mean WOW the care, attention, and customer service left me speachless. Needless to say within a day of my first phone call I had a new unit installed while I was at work. Bentley you have a customer for life! Thank you for making me feel like I mattered. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

This man is a man of his word. I had my air stop working, after my warranty company refusing to cover the system I called 3 different companies to look at it. The other 2 tried to sell me a new unit, Mr Bentley was honest and said he could fix it and gave me a figure I could hardly believe.
Service tech (Elbert) could not have been more friendly or helpful. Extremely satisfied with everyone that I also spoke with on the phone scheduling.
He sent someone out while I was at work, came home to have it running...I am thrilled...don't waste your time calling those only wanting to sell you a new unit, call Bentleys hvac before you call anyone..
Aaaaand of course the renter ran the thing without a filter for a couple of years. So when he moved out, he mentioned that the A/C hadn't worked for, oh, several months. (Some people just amaze me, you know?) Bentley's coordinated with the renter (I was out of town) patiently, and after three or four false promises of "I'll be there to let you in" from the renter, the repair guy fixed the problem for a very reasonable cost.
Outstanding service. Asked them and a couple of others to quote on a central HVAC system for my rental house, which had none at all. They not only came in at a fair price, but were the most creative of all the companies who quoted. They came in a with a good price because they had a couple of good brainstorms about how to handle the ductwork and placement of the inside unit. Bra VO.
