I purchased a new carrier dual system 2 years ago; installation and setup was done without any issues. This year I had a part go out and Chris, the technician that came out, was without any question the most knowledgeable and professional service technician that I have ever experienced. The office team, service technicians and owners at Bradley are all that you could ever expect. I really appreciate the Bradley team.
Theses people did a great job recently when they visited for a repair and system tune up. The unit had stopped last year and we were just getting around to having it fixed. They knew just the problem and made things right. The A/C works great now and we are very pleased.
