IMA has a very high energy and motivating atmosphere. I believe the awesome community they have is what sets them apart. They welcome everyone no matter where you are in your health and fitness journey. You will find tremoundous support and encouragememt every step of the way!! They definitely know how to push you to your limits and beyond! You will leave feeling stronger and finding you are capable for more than you knew (at least that has been my experience) ;)
I started at IMA back on November. I have never felt comfortable in a "gym" environment. I came to IMA NOT exercising at all. I was worried I wouldn't be able to do the workouts. Torri and Brian immediately made me feel welcome, but more importantly they made me feel confident in what I could do. When you walk in you will notice people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities! The community of people that I work out with there is so encouraging and helpful. I have never before found a place that can help me focus on diet and nutrition as well and overall health and strength. It has been a life changing experience for me.
