I cannot say enough about the gym or the Coaches. Walking in can feel very intimidating but once you speak to the staff all that leaves. They will scale anything for anybody. What I find is my favorite thing about the gym is that they genuinely care about each member. When you are gone it is noticed. I have found a strength in my self I never knew I had. Love this place.
Best CrossFit gym in the area! The owners are so nice and accommodating if you just want to come for open gym. All of the members are awesome and have build a great community and family-friendly environment. Childcare is a huge bonus as well! Would definitely recommend for CrossFit classes and personal training or if you're just looking for a place to lift in Lebanon.
My daughter is obsessed with the kids Crossfit class! She normally doesn’t enjoy anything physical AT ALL, but she absolutely can’t wait for her classes each week. The best part is that they not only have amazing workouts, but work on building leadership qualities and teamwork as well. The coaches are so encouraging and motivating as well!
The facility has everything you need. The coaches know their stuff and they care about correct form first and foremost. The members are welcoming and you will feel like family in no time! The workouts are challenging and modifiable for any fitness level. What more could you ask for!!
Love Lebanon CrossFit. Great Place. Joe and Aaron are excellent coaches who truly care about their clients. I have been going for a couple of months, definitely helping this 51 year old man get in better shape. Everyone is welcoming. All different levels of physical fitness are represented. They scale the movements to fit your level.
