I love it..I love Dr Woods..she is an amazing doctor and the woman that works with her as well..I have been a member there since last October and being with them makes me feel like a better person..they seem to care about their patients and also the front desk girls and nurses are really nice..I go once a month and enjoy my time there :)
Doctor is easy to work with and the staff is great. The ladies that answer the phone are wonderful.
Most of the reviews for this clinic is a one star and there is a reason for this. Dr. Woods wanted me to discontinue medication that helps me with my anxiety and to function to be able to go to the program, but they themselves prescribe the very medication I take to their patients. They made me very uncomfortable and were asking me multiple sexual abuse questions which made feel raped by the end of the session and she refused any treatment. She even called me paranoid when I already have diagnosis of anxiety disorder. She was clear to let me know that she and Cynthia Rector own the clinic so if I have complaint I should write it and address to Dr. Wood at their address (and then she would file it in the trash can). I called the receptionist after I let to see if there was anyone else to complain to and they were very rude and told me I didn't have to answer any questions they asked, but they did not tell this upfront. I feel sexually and mentally violated. I am going to file a complaint with the board of physicians concerning their treatment and will continue my pain management and the management of the disorder a competent doctor diagnosed me with. It is recommended that you do not seek help from this clinic....go to a clinic who actually cares about people and not their money or make up diagnosis that conflict with other doctors. I even asked her to get rid of all of the paperwork regarding the answers to sexual abuse and she said she couldn't by state law....but I saw another facility who did so and said it was my right because it is my information and HIPPA protects me and I will be filing a complaint with them as well. Again, I feel sexually and mentally violated.
The doctors are great there and the front desk staff is very helpful and sweet.
