Thank you to Wiggins for an amazing job on my wife's engagement ring! Took it in for repair and diamonds as they fell out. They matched diamonds perfectly and my wife is in love with it. It's been in her dresser drawer for 10 years as she was scared to keep loosing diamonds. Ten years later, it looks like a brand new ring and she's so happy to be wearing it again! I have always had great service without pressure to buy or overselling. They are very courteous and friendly. Contrary to some beliefs, you can buy and support this local business without spending more as compared to the chains stores.
All I can say is that I. LOVE. WIGGINS!! From the great selections to customer support, it is always a joy to shop there. I feel like I have a personal jeweler. Plus they have some great sales! I can't tell how many times I get asked about my wedding rings. Wiggins is the best!
This was a most pleasant shopping experience. They were all very friendly. I told them what price range and what I was looking for. The sales person helped me with exactly what I asked for and offered her assistance with anything else I needed with no sales pressure. I will definitely shop there again soon. They even cleaned my rings at no charge. Great place to shop.
