Very clean room (no dust or odour). Bedding was nice (comforter was sealed inside a clean white duvet cover). Some thoughtful touches like earplugs, makeup remover wipe, shower cap, and vanity kit.
Good hotel. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are modernly decorated and the beds are comfortable (on the firm side). Amenities include outdoor pool, free WiFi, business center, fitness center (really just two treadmills from what I saw) the shower had nice pressure and held a fairly constant temp once you give it some time. All in all it was a pretty nice place to spend the night.
Overall the stay was great. The room was comfortable and well appointed. It was nice having the refrigerator in the room to keep our drinks cold. There was a soccer team staying in the same floor, and the room was still quiet. Breakfast was solid, considering it was included. The only downside was when we first arrived. They put us into a room that another guest was already checked into. We opened the door to see someone else's stuff spread about. They will fixed the problem and handled it in a very professional manner. Still, that type of mistake made the overall stay a bit uneasy.

Bathroom could use new grouting around the tub (there were some black spots - mold?) and new shower curtain. They should also move the coffee maker out of the bathroom because it's disgusting having it stored in the same room as the toilet!
Let me start by saying Beth was an absolute saint, she is what I feel should be at all hotels. She was the reflection of a warm welcome. The other staff were just as pleasant, always willing to help, and make Lebanon feel like home. The breakfast was good for a hotel and the rooms were nice, clean and well taken care of. The exercise room and business center were wonderful, clean and easy to use as well. The only downer is the parking lot is a little tiny but it works.
