There is no live person to contact face to face. But calling an 800 # that is provide usually resolves any issue.
Needed a storage place asap and Red Dit had met set up in less than 30 minutes! I moved all my stuff in without a single complication and everything was automated and easy. I highly recommend them!!
Steer clear of this company. Their billing practices are terrible, they are unscrupulous and will not treat anyone right. They bill for late fees even when you have proof that mailing of payments was timely especially when it's not possible that you were late due to auto pay being set up through your bank account. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this company.
After working with several storage companies I have found that Red Dot storage is the most willing to work with you. If you have late fees they will do their best to get them waived. Also allowing you the most convenient services to help work around your busy schedule. When you find yourself further behind they offer a settlement plan so that you don't loose your belongings to an auction. Unlike most companies they aren't just after your money but your future business.
