This has to be the best storage facility I have ever used. The staff is absolutely wonderful and actually cares about the tenants. The lady at the front desk, Bethany is who helped me in Lebanon, TN. I couldn't get my unit door opened (I had my unit for a very long time and had not opened it in years so it was stuck...the previous owners/staff of the facility never told me that you should occassionally open your unit...the current staff, Bethany says she advises everyone to occassionally check and open their unit to prevent what happened to me). Bethany was so very helpful and seriously went above and beyond her duties to help me and get my unit opened ASAP. I was having an extremely bad day the day my unit would not open...everything was going wrong for me and being pregnant (due in 2 weeks) was not helping my situation. Bethany has no idea how much her kindness and help meant to me. It was refreshing to know that there are still good-hearted people out there like her. I hope Simply Self Storage realizes they have an exceptionally great employee with Bethany.

I rented 2 units here. They were clean and easy to access. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. I had to purchase a few boxes and they had just what I needed. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, economic facility.
Bethany was very polite and communicated all terms and options clearly. I asked to visually inspect the unit before I rented it and she promptly escorted me via a golf cart and answered all of my questions. Because she was so thorough, I actually had no reservations about using their service and the printed contract papers were consistent with what I was told. The only confusion came after I left, when I recalled seeing their ad for first month free, but I didn't receive that for some reason, although I didn't have time to go back and ask about it that day. I had rented at this facility a few years ago when it was under different ownership, and I was pleased to find that both experiences were positive. On this occasion I will just be storing empty boxes and packing materials for a future project, so the cost is a bit high for that purpose, but it seemed to be a competitive rate when I briefly looked at a few other places. Only negative is that most of the units do not have electricity or even a single interior light bulb, so if you come after dark prepare to bring your own lighting.
