Horrible customer service! Kicked three customers out that were shopping cause they closed at 12:00 and it was 12:01! Do not waste your time trying to shop there!
I brought my Brother to this "authorized" service center for cleaning. They finally returned it after several months and many calls and it didn't sew correctly when I picked it up. I called numerous times and the owner finally told me that it was her teenaged grandson who had done the work even though I paid for an authorized dealer, which means trained by Brother. She never offered a refund and it cost me hundreds to get the damage they did repaired. Very disreputable. If you value your machine, don't take it there

I stopped by the store today at 11:50 pm. I quickly realized that your store closed at noon. I knew that I just needed to make a quick purchase for my vacuum. Upon entering the store the woman working made me very aware that I was not welcome that close to closing time. I tried to explain that I just had a quick question, and she cut me off telling me, " I would have to wait." I was completely embarrassed by her behavior, and tried to explain and apologize for inconveniencing her, but she was too busy making a show of locking the door. Even though it was before noon. Other customers were extremely uncomfortable as well. Several people made their way awkwardly to the door, and I did as well. Telling her I would just go to another place to shop. She replied saying, " that a girl." I was completely offended by the way she treated me. I was never unkind or rude, yet she treated me so unkind. I'm assuming that she or the business did not want or need my money. Apparently this business is completely inconvenienced by paying clients. Don't waste your time shopping here. Literally go anywhere else.
They had the vacuum cleaner belt that I needed and at a price very competitive to any online retailer. This is a good place to do business.
