Staff was friendly as well as knowledgeable. Store was well lit. Tanks were superclean, no odors! Impressive

Wow..great service and the proces were on par with walmart and online companies.. You have to shop though. For example We bought a small dog kennel for 29.00 at walmart, the same exact one at petco was 59.00 but many of the smaller items were comparable
Employees are rude and fully incompetent, after waited in line, amongst the dog trainer continuously yapping at a dog and cashier leaving to find a phone. I told the cashier what I needed, because their freezer quit working months ago and all frozen reptile food is stored in backroom... he told me I had to wait for him to check out everyone else, looking back and seeing his escapades looking for a phone added 5-6 more customers, hell no! I waited my turn!
Nice employees. Great selection of merchandise for your pets. They have live pets that we like seeing.
