3 days after the surgery 2 of the kittens had licked their wounds open, my fault, I didn't make them wear the e-collars as the post operative care instructions recommend. The vet prescribed some antibiotic, told me to check in with them Monday and let them know how it looked, (GREAT CARE), and then of course I got e-collars on all 3 kittens.

Thank you so much.

CARING STAFF...GREAT SERVICE AT LOW COST

Then a week and a half ago we took the 3 females of kittens to get spayed...We accidentally fed the kittens in the morning... FIX FOR LIFE's sweet ladies offered to keep the kittens overnight and to feed them and care for them.. No charge! GREAT SERVICE!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! I am a animal lover and have had my share of dogs and cats. I took my dog to get neutered because it was priced awesome, but the reason why is the Old hag of a woman that calls herself the doctor isnt even a VET!!!!! All the licensees in there are photo copied and on top of that my dog was in so much pain and was bleeding from the incision I rushed him to my vet where he told me that it was not done correctly and then gave me all the info on this "fix for life" place. A few years back there was alot of talk about shutting the place down and then mysteriously the person in charge resigned....a bit fishy if you ask me. This place is ran by the government and i tell you what...this shows how much the government cares about our pets. They are rude and incompetent.

I don't understand how they keep getting service when they show no compassion when a concerned customer keeps calling. Also, the number registered to the company is a cell phone, I have called leaving numerous messages and they have not answered or called me back.

We took 2 female stay cats that each just had had kittens to get spayed about 6 months ago..GREAT SERVICE! No following problems.

I'll be back with my 2 "boyzz".

4 days later one of the kittens incision still looked inflamed and a bit swollen. They immediately made an opening for us to come see the vet..Everything looked good... No charge! GREAT SERVICE!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I brought my dog in to Fix for Life to have him neutered, and when I dropped him off they asked me to fill out paperwork on why you are bringing him in today and things you would like done (shots, flea treatment, nails trimmed, etc.). I didn't need anything done to him other than to get him neutered because I had an appointment for him already set up. When I picked him up they cut his back nails so short that they had to paste the them to keep them from bleeding. Along with that I called a dozen times or more trying to talk to the vet about some concerns I was having with him, but no one seems to know how to answer the phone. His genitals look as if they went through a grinder, they're black and swollen and it keeps getting worse. It is spreading down his leg.
