We liked the access to Nashville. Just wish that we had something more than a gravel driveway to come back to.

Very nice campground close to I-40. There is highway noise but not too distracting as a row of trees helps to block the sound. The drive to downtown Nashville is about 30 minutes in light traffic. We would echo the positive comments about the staff; very pleased. We found that the "free range chickens" and wild turkey roaming the campground freely were a nuisance. They got our dogs all excited and the chickens would poop on our mat. There is no cable but TV reception was very good with an antenna.

The people next to us did not hook up their sewer. Their uncapped sewage drain dripped constantly and when they used the water it poured out onto the ground. I brought this to the attention of the proprietor who acted dismayed and told me that they were on their way out that day, otherwise they would have been kicked out. Sure enough when we come back they're gone. But just to a different site.

This was a great place to stay. The owners and management are awesome. The people that work there go out of their way to help you and make sure all is good with your site. The restrooms and laundry are clean and well maintained. I stayed here for about 6 weeks in a 5th wheel. Will stay at this campground whenever I am in the area. I want to thank everyone that made my stay so enjoyable.

And speaking of crowing...many have commented about the chickens. Personally, I think they're charming.

Owners and staff are amazing clean facilities and always a warm smile couldn't be happier they are so accommodating wonderful people and such a pretty place good job koa of lebanon tn

This KOA is more of a temporary living facility than a campground. The bathrooms we're very clean and the pool looked to be in splendid shape. But the sites are not much to crow about.

I was going to give a higher rating. But, after this, I changed my mind.

KOA Nashville East has top notch ownership, employees, and service. You can tell by the way that things are run and by the way that the grounds are meticulously maintained that quality service is a top down priority. I showed up at 10:00 PM and was greeted by Nathan, a young man on a golf cart who went above and beyond to get me situated. He helped my identify an available tent site, he made change for my cash late arrival envelope registration, and then he escorted me to my site so that I could find it in the dark (and not disturb other campers). In the morning, when I discovered that my GPS for my 5,500 mile across America adventure was malfunctioning, Libby (the owner) and Ryan, an employee, helped me get the GPS working. They did not do this for money! I was a one-night tent site customer (the lowest priced kind of customer). They helped me out of kindness and their commitment to excellent service. Wow! And the bathroom/shower looked like it was brand new! Great campground and great people!
