Horrible experience. Work was acceptable, but had to make several attempts to pick up seats. We called ahead to make sure someone was going to be at the shop yet no one was there so left empty handed and had to make a second trip. The next go around called ahead again to make sure someone was going to be there to help unload two full size truck seats and was assured there would be only to arrive and unload both seats by myself. After a 1 and a 1/2 month turn around; same story, first trip shop was closed during Business hours, second trip, we were told they wouldn't take a card, when we had used a card for the previous work. Decent work, but horrible communication, and customer service. Not a good experience.
