Bad alignment,5 hours waiting ,final adjustment you can see in the photo, they say it's ok,,they hit with the hummer over the bolts and make more damage on it,later i must to replace new tire, after 1 month,new alignment bar,new kin pins,i dit alignment on 01/26/16 at this location Lebanon TN.very disappointed.
This place was terrible I just needed one tire and they had one person doing work and the so called manger that just walked around doing nothing told me that he isn't allowed doing any work so why should he even be getting a pay check if he does nothing then said that they close in two hours and that wouldn't be enough time for him to change a tire and just blew me off it just sounds like he is lazy and just there to get a pay check all I know is this location will not be getting any of my company business.so I found a tire company called curz's tires down the road with great people and prices look him up before using this Goodyear location.its a sham that I have to even give a star
Had blown tire would not replace tire because they were closing check in at 7:30pm close at 8:00 pm bad service do not recommend this tire service shop
Good service do all kinds of work anything from tires to pretty heavy mechanical work
I'm happy it's Goodyear and not TA. The man I'm leased too has used Goodyear for years n never had a problem. I've had good luck with them n these folks are nice.
