James and his team have been such a blessing to me and my family for many years. He is honest and trustworthy! I have been referring others to James over the past several years and he has always taken care of their automobile needs and they have all been very satisfied with his work. Best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. They got to my car right away and offered me a ride home in the event it was going to take a while. Down home family business that has what not many businesses have nowadays, people skills, friendly and knowledgeable team. They took very good care of me.
Excellent service and very pleasant- Car Battery was dead and not sure if I needed a new one- They were more than helpful- I did need a new one and was a very quick replacement and fair price- On top of that I had my 12 year old grandson with me(who had helped jump the car). They took him outside while they looked at the problem and talked to him and taught him a few things- He was thrilled!
