We experienced some tire issues on our way through TN. I had several choices but looked at Google Maps and went a little further into town to find these folks. They could have probably sold me tires but they told me the truth; that my warranted tires would be ok Ito make it home. I really appreciated their desk girls and their service guy. Good people!
Just a stellar shop. I took a vehicle there for an inspection and man were they thorough! The mechanic was extremely knowledgeable, and tested things on my car that weren't even in the normal inspection, just some known issues with that particular model. He took me around and actually pointed out everything that was wrong with the car while it was on the lift. Some guys will tell you your rotors are scratched but he'll SHOW you if you want to see. He even told me how I could fix the known issues myself, if they should come up. And the kicker is the whole inspection was free! I've been to other shops that charged $40 or more for an inspection and weren't nearly as thorough as these guys. I can't recommend this shop strongly enough. The next time I want to get some work done on my car, I know where I'm going.
As always the service was quick and affordable. They really do take care of you as a customer. Every time I come in for even a simple oil change they offer to take me back to work if I need a ride until the oil change is complete. You do not get this kind of service anywhere else today.
This shop is awesome. A $400 repair at a dealership turned into a $92.00 labor repair bill at this shop. They are quick, courteous and deliver your vehicle when they say they will. They will definitely get all my future large repair business and I encourage others to use them.
