Call them around 9 am, he put me on hold right away. After about 5minutes called me back, I asked:" how much do you charge to fix a flat(smollest patch needed on the middle of the tread) on the semi tire". He told me $200. I thought it was a joke, but he was serious. Normally cost $30-$50 to fix a flat. Rip offs

Called in from less than 10 miles away with a water pump issue on a Volvo semi, I asked how much to tow and replace. Guy tells me 2grand, with parts included. I said, the driver already got the pump pulley and belt just need to install it. How much?, still 2 grand. He didn't ask how far I am and the fact that I have my own parts from Volvo (~600$) didn't matter. Total scam I'd rather tow it to Volvo in La verge Tn for 600$ plus labor 440
Called them for a tire repair and the Receptionist was very unprofessional... For instance, I call and she answer the phone : Yeah. I say is this Semi truck repair & tire repair..She says: Yeah , What do you need. I say possible a road call, what's the price of a road call. She then tells me the prices. Which are fairly reasonable, But my truck was just down the road.. So I asked if the parking lot was big enough to handle a full tractor trailer ? She responds with (BUT THIS IS A ROAD CALL)... I said don't worry about it, I will take my Business elsewhere!!! That's know way to treat a customer..

$plus ~600 parts would be 1640$ at a certified Volvo Nacarato dealer instead of a roadside dump. Preying on distressed people. Look elsewhere!
