Very fast, easy and convenient! Didn't have an appointment, and only had to wait couple of minutes to be seen. Was weighed, medical history, etc. Then I was given Phentermine and lipo shots for a month. Didn't even have to waste time with a pharmacy! Very reasonable prices. Quite impressed!
I waited in the waiting room for an hour and thirty minutes past my appointment time. They have a sign that says “If you have waited longer than thirty minutes please see the receptionist.” When I went up to the receptionist all she did was apologize. So really the sign should say “If you have waited longer than thirty minutes we can’t do anything about it but offer you a free apology at the reception desk.” I waited another thirty minutes and still wasn’t called back so I had to leave in order to make my other appointments on time. So ultimately I spent two hours of my only day off listening to a woman and her pregnant teenage daughter loudly watch YouTube videos on their phones while asking literally every pregnant woman in the building what gender their baby was. I have had better experiences in low income health departments.
Love the doctors here, but hate the staff. So rude and never informative. But the doctors are amazing.
I had been hurting for years during my period. I went to see Dr. Roundtree he was fantastic. Very understanding, and did emergency hysterectomy on me. He has a light touch and is very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone and his after care is great. He went on vacation after my surgery, actually put it off one day to do my surgery. And in was a new patient. He made sure I was taken care of by his associates. Best doctor I have ever had hands down.
Turned in a release of information document in May. Receptionist said they would call me, I called them they said they had no record of me. It's July now and I'm still fighting to make an appointment. I'm 30 weeks... really disappointed
