Houses are beautiful inside but the development has houses crammed together and yards have no privacy.
My son and his wife own a house in this complex. It is a beautiful place.

My daughter and I took my grandson trick a treating here. It was a fun, safe, and a very fun experience for all of us. My daughter said this is what a community neighborhood is all about. We seen the neighbors laughing and coming together as neighbors should. We use to live in a similar neighborhood in Murfreesboro. It is day and night difference. We knew 3 people in our area. You can tell that Spence creek families are close. If the yard was bigger we would consider buying a house but it's not so we will stay across the street of Spence creek.
