Nobody ever answeres the phone !! No matter what time you call
I have had such a problem getting any kind of help. I filed for assistance about a month ago, I just got a letter in the mail yesterday with all the proofs I have to get and turn in in less than 3 days! I have a job and am trying to be a productive member of society, but this is dragging me down! No one is open when I get off work. AND I have no fax number for DHS here so I can't even have people fax stuff to them for me. This is ridiculous. And now you have to go in and sit and wait JUST to turn something in, like really? I can't just stop by and say, "Ok! Here's my proofs and ssn, I'll listen for you guys to call soon!" I NEED child care assistance like 2 months ago.
There is no Wilson county phone number. Redirected to sumner county. Then three more numbers and on hold 20 minutes. Finally a human answer.. Then told it would be an hour and twenty seven minute wait before someone could actually help. Wow! Just wanted to report a change in address
Its just sad when the Council of ricks outdo you. Like how you gon just service humans in the first place?? what if a shlami wants to get some papers filed?
I usually have a good experience with them. But this time, I have left message after message going on a week now. No one ever answers the phone during business hours. & they haven't returned any of my phone calls. Maybe y'all should have more than one person answering calls. Also the first time I called when I was having problems with my case, the lady who answered the phone sounded very hateful & irritated. Was very short with her responses & made me not even want to finish the questions I had. Very poor service & I'm very disappointed. The first time I've had a bad experience with y'all.
