Modern, clean hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We were just traveling through and stopped to stay the night. Would definitely stay there again. There is also just about every restaurant you can think of within just a few blocks away.
It was clean, quiet, and the staff professional. I've stayed here before and I got what I paid for. I will stay there again!
Good value for the price, room was clean and the service was good. The room was a little humid and could use some updates, but it was comfortable and adequate for our needs. It was convenient to the interstate and Nashville.
My husband and I were traveling and thought this might be a good stopping point for us. The lobby is locked at 10pm so you must go to a side window. We checked in with no problem but when we arrived at our room there was a strong odor. Clearly this room was formerly a smoking room. The smell was a combination of stale smoke and strong cleaning fluid. We were given a second room with the same problem and, for health reasons, opted to cancel our reservations. This was clearly an unusual reaction because the clerk was so concerned she would get in trouble for allowing us to leave. She was kind enough to cancel for us. I assured her that I believed Ramada is a reputable enough company they would honor a refund in this instance. I guess we'll soon see.
We stay here at least once a year and it is usually fine but this time we found baby roaches, the sheets have cigarette burns in them, the sink doesn't drain, they're is tooth paste splatter all over the faucet and the cleaning crew left the previous guests garbage laying around. It seems to have gone down hill.
