If I could give this place a zero I promise on everything I would. 1st remind you I paid for my room online ahead of time then once I got there they had to swipe my card again. My room was $77.10 once I got there they added another $1.35 to my total. Then I got in my room and the manager come BEATING ON MY DOOR claiming my card declined and demanding my other parties ID in a loud tone and a hateful manner. We get down to the front desk and Ms. Betty said oh I'm so sorry your card didn't decline it's just where i added the extra $1.35 it took a minute to go through. Then the little hateful manager is still yelling talking about we need to see the other parties ID. So I just demand my refund and she continues to yell while I'm smiling and asks whats funny and I said you are and the she says get your refund and get out of my building. Note I am a business owner myself and that's not how you talk or treat paying customers especially when it was your company's fault on the 1st place claiming my card declined and it never did. So if my money isn't back on my card in the next few days corporate will be getting a pleasant surprise phone call from my attorney! Thank you and have a blessed day! Be careful if you stay here!

It's mostly Construction people here for long term stays.
Very simple place...nothing special.
I just got checked into my room by the nicest lady named Juliette. She was very prompt and professional when it came to letting me know what was local to my room. I'm sure she will continue to be a valuable employee to this company. I will recommend WoodSpring Suites to anyone who ever asks me about them. I travel often and already look forward to coming back whenever I am needing a place to stay in this area. I rate her customer service skills as off the charts!
i travel alot so ive stayed in alot of hotels, usually not one for giving mixed reviews but this place is a little bit of good but mostly bad. The place looks good from the outside but inside its pretty rough, almost all of the rooms are smoking so the entire hotel STINKS. During your stay they do not clean the rooms, At all. You have to do it yourself. Also in order to get fresh towels and such you much take them to the front desk and get more. Now for the good part. The beds are comfortable and they have the best water pressure of any hotel ive been in.
Friendly and courteous employees. Rooms aren't bad for the price. First extended stay that I've stayed in that doesn't have at least a small coffee maker. Right off I40 so theres traffic noise so bring earplugs
