They did a great job up selling me. But what do you expect. It's a store they sell things for profit.
I love this Verizon store. The employees are Awesome. Each and every time I go in, they always come straight up to me and see what I need help with. I will never change phone services.
They do not "ID" for in-store purchases and have allowed over $450 in purchases to be charged to my account from an "unauthorized" or "non-account manager" on my account. They allowed a purchase after I had even went up there and expressed my displeasure after the second time. Not pleased at all!
