Mr. Holt was super friendly and funny! Great man to do business with! Buying a car from 231 was smooth sailing. His inventory includes mostly one owner - great condition - selection of vehicles. When I was sitting outside checking out my car, there was this customer who walked out, came up to me and said "this is a great place to purchase a vehicle, you won't regret it, I have purchased 5 cars from here!" My husband recently bought a truck through them and we were treated with nothing but respect from everyone within the dealership. As someone stated they sell cars as is but it's clearly typed in big bold letters on the paper slotted in the window, sorry if you missed that. We had previously worked our finances out through the bank and Dustin made it super easy. We went to check out the truck, decided we wanted it so they put it aside for us. We live over an hour away so he then did all the paperwork through fax and email allowing us to come the next day sign a few papers and drove off the lot within the hour. It was one of the best if not the best and smoothest car buying process we've done. B.Smith
