Doug at their Downtown location was so blatantly honest that almost talked us out of purchasing the car. The vehicle we were interested in was actually in far better shape than what Doug had described! It is rare nowadays to find someone as particular or detailed as Doug was. Not the friendliest cat, but certainly professional to the extreme. Bottom line is, we are glad we chose to come out and happy with our purchase! It's probably his name that he is so honest :)))
Easy, painless process of buying a car. They wouldn't waive the $299 "documentation" fee and they knew the market well enough not to discount the car any, other than that it had to have been the most transparent and smooth buying experience of purchasing an automobile I've ever had. Not working with me on the price doesn't earn them my lifelong loyalty at not looking the competition in the future, but my experience with them and the pricing is likely to bring me back to at least give them a look.
Took sales staff a minute to tell us which one of their location the car was at when we called, but once we made it to their downtown location the sales staff made it all worthwhile. Hard working and courteous people. We enjoyed our experience and got a great deal!
If I could give these guys a 10 star review, I would! The only place we visited that didn't dog the competition, but rather shared with us as to why we should do business with them. Positive attitude, enthusiastic approach and absolutely the best deals! My daughter is in love with her car and we already know where to come next year for my son's first car. Doug, Sam and their team are the best!
These guys literally have the best selection of cars. After dealing with and talking to some girls in Lebanon, we ended up buying our car from their Nashville location. Very forthcoming and honest about condition and very competitively priced cars! First time I actually enjoyed buying a vehicle. A must visit dealer when looking for a quality pre-owned car.
