Amazing service every time! When other dealers have let us down Bate's made it right! Ray holds a special place in my heart because I was upset and he was able to be kind and considerate to our situation. He really made a lasting impression on me and my family. Never underestimate a kind words or gesture. We will only take our cars here now.
Got an oil change. I called ahead, they said "it wouldn't take too long. They could get it done pretty quick." I came right in, they put my vehicle on the lift, and it took over an hour and a half... So lesson learned, "real quick" is a realative term. I give 4 stars, because they were nice, and the job was completed. But for the amount of time it took - next time I will be going to Valvoline.

Mike met my every need and Barry went above and beyond to find me the best finance. As a matter of fact, I had closed the deal and was about to leave when Barry called me back and told me he had a better deal that just come in,and saved me a full percentage point in interest.
