I only had one issue with my car it needed a battery a couple of months after I had it. I have had it since December, and that's it everything works as it should. I look forward to doing business with them again, as soon as I pay off this car.
They are like most other used car lots that are geared to sell to those with little or no credit. There were problems with the car that they should have disclosed, but didn't. But hey, it's a used car lot. What do you expect? The problem is their customer service. It stinks. After I paid off the car in about 15 months, they acted as if they didn't know me. When I was there making the final payment, I gave my correct address and was told the title would be mailed. After a couple weeks with no title, I called and was told they don't mail out local titles. Were they lying the first or second time? Went back to pick up the title, but the title person was not in, and was told to come back later. A week goes by and I called and was told to pick it up. Went there around 3 pm, but you guessed it, no one in the entire store could get my title because the title person leaves at 2 pm everyday. Waited a few days and was told that they did mail the title and it must have gotten lost. Now I have been advised that it is MY RESPONSIBILITY to pay $11.00 and go apply for a duplicate title. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!! And you know the worst part about the entire experience may be that after all this, they NEVER ONCE thanked me for my business, tried to sell me another car, or even acknowledged my presence. It was as if I was a burden to them. But hey, they got paid, right?
You would be a fool to buy from this lot.
Long story short I've had this car less than a year and it's been broke down majority of the time.
CROOKS ,,Paid My Truck Off And They Added More interested ,,at the end ,collected more money than the balance we had on receipts we always paid ahead of time and even paid the truck off early if anything they should have deducted interest for paying off early,,, I guess that's why the Hendersonville lot closed My guess is they keep cheating people out of there money,,plus there is no way to be late they put this stupid code thing on their cars and they can shut it down when ever they want,,I guess I learned the hard way I shouldn't Have Bought From These Idiots to start with,,
