Bought my newest car here. I am happy with the price. Had little of the "back and forth" which is always difficult. ( To the dealership as a whole; I recommend best price you can make it sustainable +10% profit at and call it even. ) with that said, I was treated well and believe fairly.
I had leased my previous car from Cool Springs and was working with them for the return. They... were terrible.
The service deparrment ( I have used 2x for oil changes and tire rotation) has been GREAT. Quick and curteous. Nice waiting area. Pricing on oil changes are reasonable and offer more peace of mind than an "oil change chain" by having dedicated mechanic working in the shop and not whomever applied that week.
Friendly sales and finance people that cared about me getting a vehicle. I'll definitely return.

Wilson County, however, worked with me, spent well over an hour with several banks and Hyundai finance to get me the best rate and I drove away with the vehicle I wanted at a price I wanted which Cool Springs said was impossible.
Definitely worth the short trip in the opposite direction.
